Ingredienti: 1 vasetto da 350ml di carciofini primizia sottolio Le Conserve di Morbegno, 2 rotoli di pasta sfoglia pronta, 150g di stracchino, 100g di prosciutto cotto.
Preparazione: Stendere la prima sfoglia con la sua carta da forno sul fondo di una placca e bucherellarla con una forchetta. Frullare i carciofini con un po’ del loro olio fino a ottenere una crema e spalmarla sulla sfoglia. Distribuire lo stracchino a tocchetti sopra la crema di carciofi e coprire con le fette di prosciutto cotto. Sovrapporre la seconda sfoglia facendola combaciare con la prima e sigillare i bordi premendoli leggermente. Bucherellare la superficie e spennellarla con dell’uovo o un goccio di latte, cuocere in forno a 200° per circa 20 minuti o finchè la sfoglia risulterà gonfia e dorata.
